Two big agri companies are joining forces to bring modern farming technologies to corn farmers, particularly in Isabela which is a major corn producer. The firms are Jardine Distribution, Inc. and Calata Corporation. They will put up corn farms where their respective expertise will be combined to showcase cost efficient and highly productive corn production.

Jardine will be providing a range of critical inputs, including their newest corn seed Maize Doble and various crop protection and specialty fertilizer products. On the other hand, Calata Corp will put into practice their farming expertise at a pilot farm in Isabela. The farm will showcase how to maximize production per hectare by using a combination of modern products and modern farming management skills.
