AGRIBIZ KAPIHAN: Triple Treat On July 28, 2018, Free But You Have To Pre-register

Farming and gardening enthusiasts are really hungry for practical, doable technologies. Last Saturday, July 21, 2018, more than 150 braved the rains and floods just to attend the free lecture on Hydroponics by Engr. Wilson Testa who shared his expertise in the art of growing vegetables and other plants in water enriched with nutrients.


More than 150 agri enthusiasts braved the rains and flood just so they can attend the Agribiz Kapihan last July 21, 2018.

This Saturday, Jyly 28, attendees will enjoy a triple treat, but those who are interested to attend must pre-register with Alecci Jerez at 0946-259-3560 or thru landline 671-7411 to 14. The venue is the Harbest Events Center at the Rizal Techno Park in Taytay, Rizal.

The Triple Treat consists of the sharing of Toto Barcelona himself, the big boss of Harbest Agribusiness. He just came from a visit to Taiwan and he will share his observations, especially on how young Taiwanese men and women are getting into agribusiness. The other sharer of her expertise will be Dr. Marlene Agabon, a medical doctor. She will share her knowledge about the health benefits of Aloe vera, not only for growing hair and enhancing physical beauty but also for addressing various health concerns.

On the other hand, Dr. Chito Madamba, a passionate photographer of nature, a strong advocate of food safety and quality, and an expert in postharvest engineering, will share his techniques in photography.

There’s a mini Tiangge and plants, food and books will be available. This blogger will bring some exotic fruit trees ang his agri books.


Jom Ramirez (left) is very happy for having bought the first sucker of a Taiwan Cavendish Tissue-Culture variant that is very resistant to the Fusarium wilt disease. It has very sweet fruits.
