Chin Chin Uy of Fresh Start Organics in Bacolod City has got new clients in Metro Manila for the supply of organic lettuce. One client requires at least half a ton of lettuce a week.

Instead of shipping his lettuce from Bacolod to Manila, he has made a deal with Ronald Costales of Costales Nature Farms in Majayjay, Laguna. Ronald supplies Chin Chin’s clients with his Majayjay-grown organic lettuce.

It makes sense. Cost of transport is reduced. Chin Chin makes money and so does Ronald. Everybody happy, as they say.
