One interesting discovery we made at the Wu Fan Leisure Farm in Pingtung, Taiwan, is the chocolate-coated Sakura shrimp that makes a very nice snack food. Must be nutritious too.

The Sakura shrimp is just like the Aramang, the small shrimp that is plentiful in Aparri in Cagayan. Some enterprising investor should consider making this preparation. The Aramang is very cheap and by coating it with chocolate, it could become a high-value product.

With high-tech packaging, the chocolate-coated Aramang could even be a bestseller abroad.
