It is always nice to grow the plants that you usually use in cooking your favorite dish at home.
If you love curry chicken, for instance, you can grow a curry tree in a container or in the ground. The fresh leaves can be an excellent substitute for the curry powder available in the supermarket.
It is very easy to grow. You can plant the seeds for a start or ball a sapling that usually comes out near the base of the tree. Photo shows a cluster of white flowers of a curry tree that will eventually produce seeds for planting.
Planting materials are available at the Sarian Farm in Teresa, Rizal. Call Rose at 0915-434-4216.
