Edna Sanchez, the retired Meralco employee who has developed a 3.5-hectare dragon fruit farm in Brgy. Palay-Palay in Jala-jala, Rizal, is gearing her farm into a farm tour destination.

She has recently added lodging facilities that could accommodate families and groups who would like to stay overnight at the organic farm.

Aside from fresh fruits, she has processed hwe dragon fruits into wine, vinegar and jam. She has also squash ketchup from her own plants. A new area is also being developed into an organic papaya plantation.
