Officers and members of the Dairy GenTri Raisers Multi-Purpose Cooperative  (from Gen.  Trias, Cavite) recently received new farm equipment from Mr Seo Dong Sung – Deputy Resident Representative of Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) during a simple cerermony held at the Dairy Processing Plant in Barangay Santiago.

The turn over of the equipment was witnessed by local officials led by Mayor Antonio “Ony” Ferrer (extreme right), Vice Mayor Maurito “Morit” Sison (extreme left), Councilors Flor Ayos, Gary Grepo, Jona Labuguen and Kerby Salazar, Municipal Agriculturist Nerissa Marquez, and Barangay Santiago Chief Executive Rolando Pagkaliwagan and the leadership of the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) led by Dr. Arnel del Bario.

The GenTri Raisers Multipurpose Cooperative’s dairy products include kasilyo (white cheese), fresh carabao’s milk and pastilyas,  Dairy products are the “One Town, One Product” (OTOP)  of General Trias town. The products are enjoyed not only by local residents but also tourists from other places in the country as well as from abroad.
