We have just tried a very nice-tasting avocado that you can scoop and eat straight from the sliced fruit. No need to put sugar or milk or anything. It has a very mealy consistency, no fiber and is creamy. The fruit weighs an average of 140 grams, or about 7 fruits to a kilo. The price? P290 per kilo. That’s about P41.42 per small fruit! It is called Haas Avocado and is said to come from Australia.
