The new office of the Philippine Horticultural Society headed by Dorie S. Bernabe was inaugurated recently. The office which includes a laboratory for plant propagation and research is in collaboration with the Quezon City government. A memorandum of agreement (MOA) was signed between the Quezon City government represented by Engr.
