COSTALES NATURE FARMS: A New Logo
The new logo of Costales Nature Farms in Majayjay, Laguna, was unveiled during the opening of the two-day Harvest Festival on April 11-12, 2015.

The new logo appears at first glance like a lettuce leaf which has been the major product of the organic farm since the beginning. The upper half of the leaf, however, is a silhouette of Mt. Banahaw at the distance, and atop the silhouette is a rising sun which implies a bright beginning. After all, organic farming cum agritourism is a sunrise industry.

During the first day of the Harvest Festival, no less than 500 visitors trooped to Majayjay. Aside from the good food and  beautifully growing vegetables all around, there were cultural presentations – native dances, musical renditions and congratulatory speeches.

Ronald Costales, the patriarch of the family, revealed new developments that include the expansion of organic pig production, the building of an EM Pavilion and the commercial bottling of Costales Spring Water. Being worked out is for the Costales Nature Farms becoming a TESDA-accredited training institution on organic farming and agritourism.

The first day was graced by Camille Villar who was sent by her mother, Sen. Cynthia Villar, to represent her. Also in full force were the local government officials and representatives of the Departments of Trade and Industry, and Tourism.
