THIS morning, January 4, 2016, we brought to the LBC office a carton of bare root black pepper cuttings for a fellow who ordered it from Iligan City.
To our great surprise, the fellow who received our shipment inspected what we were shipping. He inspected the plants and when he saw that the plants had roots, he said there is a new rule that they can’t accept for shipment plants with roots.
We really can’t understand the reason behind this. Can somebody tell us?
