SALLY LEUENBERFGER, who might as well be called the Orchid Queen of Davao City, has a practical way of utilizing the portion of her 7-hectare farm that is not occupied by orchids. That’s by raising cattle. The animals keep the grasses low and the grasses that are cut from the area occupied by her orchids are also fed to the ruminants.
