Beautiful propagations of the Pole Bamboo (Thyrsostachys siamensis) are now available at the Sarian Farm in Teresa, Rizal. This has straight culms with very small hole inside. A native of Thailand and Myanmar, it can be used as an ornamental plant for landscaping, grown in a container for decor, planted in the ground as fence or windbreak, used in making handicrafts, furniture and pulp for paper making.
