VARIOUS processed dragon fruit products are available at the AANI commercial section of the ongoing Horticulture 2014 garden show (Jan 24-Feb 3, 2014) at the Quezon Memorial Circle, Quezon City.

These include sweet wine, vinegar, noodles, hopia, otap, bread stick, ice cream and others. Jake Valdez is shown here with a bottle of sweet dragon fruit wine and other products from the farm owned and operated by Edita Dacuycuy of Burgos, Ilocos Norte.

Mrs. Dacuycuy is often referred to as the Dragon Fruit Lady of Ilocos Norte. She has planted 10 hectares to this cactus fruit-bearing plant and has pioneered in developing processed products out of the fruit and other parts of the dragon fruit plant.
