BR25 CACAO: Thousands Ready For Planting

The rainy season is just around the corner. It could come anytime soon. It will be time to plant cacao seedlings and other fruit trees. Thousands of the BR25 cacao that is ever-bearing, starting as early as 18 months from planting in the ground are now available at the Sarian Farm in Teresa, Rizal.
Cacao is one of the priority crops in the Philippines. It is said that about 80 percent of the cacao requirements in the country is imported.
One of the programs of the Philippine Coconut Authority is for coconut farmers to inter-crop their trees with cacao. That’s one way of increasing the income of coconut farmers.
Those interested to plant may contact us at SARIAN FARM.
