A 7-day trade fair featuring food and non-food products will be staged by members of SARAP Inc. or Samahan ng mga Rizaleño sa Sektor ng Agrikultura at Pagkain, Inc. This was announced by Ma. Victoria Olegario, president of the organization. The trade show will be launched on Monday, Feb. 10 and will run through Feb. 16, 2020 at the Atrium of Robinsons Place in Antipolo City.
The event is in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry-Rizal provincial office. The trade fair is dubbed SARAP: Heartilicious Trade Fair 4 where the participants will showcase their various food and non-food products. To be made available to the buying public are exciting Valentine gift items, processed food products, wellness and beauty products and more.
Among the healthful products that will be available is Aztec Spirulina, considered by the UN FAO as the most complete food in the world. It is grown and processed in a modern farm in Cainta, Rizal and has been analyzed by a reputable laboratory to contain 72% protein. Engr. Napoleon Puente is the founder of the high-tech spirulina farm.
