Dr. Santiago Obien, rice expert, poses at the entrance of Lemongrass Restaurant which claims to be one of the 101 best restaurants in Asia. It is just a couple hundred steps from Sheraton Saigon Hotel. They have good food. But Dr. Obien swears that a small restaurant in an inner narrow street serves even better cuisines. The place called AN Cuisines was recommended by Andy Belmonte, a Filipino from Zaragosa, Nueva Ecija who is a long time executive of Sheraton.
