SWEET WINE: From The Visayas State University

A product of the Root Crops Research and Training Center at the Visayas State University in Baybay City, Leyte.

We took this picture (above) during a visit to the Philippine Root Crops Research and Training Center at the Visayas State University in Baybay, Leyte. The sweet wine is said to be made of pure extracts of root crops and red rice. The Center boasts that it will surely quench the thirst of those with strong passion for good and nutritious wine.
