A three-day mini trade fair in Teresa, Rizal will end today (March 3, 2016) at the activity center in front of the municipal hall. Mayor Raul Palino said during the opening rites that the mini trade fair is aimed at familiarizing the public about the products and resources not only in Teresa but also in other towns in the province.

Some of the participants showcased cashewnuts processed in Teresa, planting materials of exotic fruit trees, high-quality salted duck eggs, waxy white corn, peanuts, woodw works, various processed food products and many more.

The event was also attended by Mercedes Parreño, head of the provincial office of the Department of Trade and Industry. She was glad that the local government unit in Teresa launched the mini fair because it could stimulate economic activities among the residents of the province. She promised the support of DTI in activities like this.
