One of the things we usually do when we visit a place, wherever it is in the country, is try our best to visit the public market to find out what is available.
When we visited Surigao and Dinagat provinces recently (July 13-16, 2013), what fascinated us most were the variety of seafoods in those places. One of them is what they call the King Crab which is very different from the King Crab from Alaska
The one we are holding is easily two kilos or more. The male is of course very fleshy and sweet tasting.
