Ever heard of Golden salted eggs? Dennis Miguel promises to showcase the same at the Agrilink trade show on October 5-7 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. The golden salted egg is cured in a mixture of clay and turmeric plus Himalayan salt.He claims that Himalayan salt contains a lot of trace elements, hence more healthy. The salted egg is golden thanks to the turmeric. Dennis claims the egg does not have a fishy taste (langsa).

Dennis said that he and his partner at Simon’s Farm have partnered with Viscaya Fresh Produce, a marketer of organic products. Aside from the yellow salted egg, they will also showcase their sweet purple corn and white ampalaya, among others.
